You Can’t Please Everybody
Merely two months into his presidency, the ultimate politician Barack Obama has proven that even HE cannot please everyone. He has tried to please the “leftest” of Democrats by signing the two murder bills (stem cell and funding for international baby murdering). He has now tried to extend his arm across the aisle by, once again, pushing his Iraqi troop withdrawal back to 19 months instead of his most recently promised 16 months. He has also stated that he will leave 50,000 troops in Iraq even after his “withdrawal”! Wow! He’s sounding a lot like John McCain! LOL.
Mr. President, you can’t please everyone. Your Democrat friends are becoming more and more reluctant to fully support you, and you know the smart people (non-Democrats) will never fully support you. All this hoopla about you pulling everyone together will not happen. Give up that unrealistic dream.
I don’t claim to know much about politics. I’m a very simple thinker. I guess that’s what makes me so leery of Mr. Obama. I actually think.
As a side note….how in the world to you get out of debt by spending MORE money? This guy’s insane.
I agree, no President will ever please both sides of the parties, it is humanly impossible. I mean you cannnot even please everyone in your own party nuch less both sides. I remember Bush when he said I want to unite not divide. That plan has never panned out for any President. Even the great Lincoln did not pan out to well for him.
As far as spending more money to get out of debt, I do agree that we should pump money into the economy, however I 100% disagree with how Bush or Obama has don’t it, it just seems like a joke. They have turned it into a gigantic joke, I think they are literlly standing at the Whitehouse throwing money at people as they walk by, actually come to think of it that may actually work better than what they are currently doing maybe I should write them a letter and give them that thought….
What is that stat, Andrew? If you were to add up Bush’s and Obama’s two bailout plans and divided them up amongst taxpayers, taxpayers would take home $108,000 each?!?! That sounds like a better plan than what is happening now.
BTW, gas is back up over $2.00 here! I’m about to bust out the tricycle!
Yeah it is something crazy like that, ad it is only going up the spending is no where near done. You know whats crazy no one ever talks about the 750 billion that we already gave away, everyone talks about where is this money that Obama is giving away where is it going, which I am glad I think we should ride congress hard as to where it is all going. But why dont we talk about the first 750 billion that is a ton of money I mean think about it 750 BILLION and we dont even recognize doing it I wish they would give a report as to where all this money has gone. I mean just a list, straight down the line, x amount to them, X amount to them, so forth so on, I think the American people at least deserve that. I mean we are the ones paing for it, and its not like they even asked our opinions so at least you could allow the right to know where it went.
Is that too much to ask, I mean any company out there as to do expense reports and budgets, I dont undestand why they treat us like complete retards. And what is crazy is I am actually for them helping to stimulute the economy, just be transparent with us, how hard it that.
